19.08.2019Krasnoyarsk has become one of the winners of the regional competition for school buses, which were purchased as part of the state program "Development of Education."
Today, the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region, Alexander Uss, handed the keys to school buses to the heads of the Region’s municipalities, including Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Eremin.
Mayor of Krasnoyarsk tested the safety measures provided in the buses, and noted that the new transport will enter the streets of Krasnoyarsk from the beginning of the new school year.
The buses will be used in the Badalyk village and in the Nanzhul-Solnechny micro district. Krasnoyarsk is growing, new, remote territories are actively developing, and it is very important to improve the quality of life in them. With the new buses we have received, the kids will get safer and more comfortable trips to their schools. The buses will provide transportation for children going to schools №144 and №134. These are the schools we’ll start with. I also have set the task for the Main Department of Education to consider the logistics to the new school №156.
