President of the Central Siberian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Rafael Shageev and Director of FC “Totem” Mikhail Gubich visited China, where they met with the representatives of FC “Barcelona”, officials from the Hainan Province Ministry of Sports and other officials. The meeting was a part of the cooperation of the “Totem” Krasnoyarsk football club with “Barca Mission Hills Development”, which opened the Barcelona Football Academy in China.

The parties agreed that a trip to the Chinese base of “Barcelona” will be organized for FC “Totem” in the near future. It is also planned that “Totem” will become a representative of “Barcelona” in Russia - an agreement is already being prepared between the clubs.

This means that in the future, according to the results of the selections and the identification of the best football players, FC “Totem” will be able to recommend Siberian footballers for signing contracts with them. The selection will be done not only on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Region, but also outside it, so that the best of the best receive recommendations.

Also, FC “Totem” received priority rights to form football groups that will go to training camps at FC “Barcelona”'s Chinese base. Now specific terms are being agreed upon, after which recruitment and testing will be announced.

Trips to the cities of Sanya and Haikou were very eventful in the number of meetings and business contacts with representatives of China. The delegation from Russia examined the sports base of FC “Barcelona”, which now has 16 full-sized football fields and related infrastructure. A visit to the Barca Museum was also arranged, where numerous exhibits are presented that are truly interesting for football fans.
