"To accept the proposal of the Government of the Russian Federation to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the foundation of Krasnoyarsk in 2028. To recommend to state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local governments to take part in the preparation and holding of the celebration", - the document says.

Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Eremin, commenting  the signing of the Decree, noted: "In 2017, being a candidate for the post of Head of the city, I called the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk a basic" beacon ", to which we should strive together. And we step by step went to ensure that the landmark anniversary of our city went to the federal level. With the signing of the Decree, Krasnoyarsk will have an additional opportunities for development. Therefore, we are already forming the tasks, with the implementation of which Krasnoyarsk must come to its four centuries."
