The International Forum "Food Industry" began its work at the Siberia International Exhibition Center. There are exhibition platforms, workshops, seminars, where the best food and process technologists from different countries share their experience.

Among the participants are: agricultural processors and those who want to produce high-quality products, masters who have been engaged in the production of food products considered delicacy and are a real decoration of our tables in the region for many years.

Within the framework of the "Yenisei Siberia" project, representatives of the republics of Khakassia and Tyva are invited to the forum, who together with Krasnoyarsk farmers will be trained and will learn to make wonderful cheeses and meat delicacies.

Technologists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk and Altai Territories, as well as from the Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, France conduct master classes at the forum.

The event also includes the Siberian Bakery Forum. Bakers determine the best in their profession in the Russian Championship and the Siberian Baker Championship. Participants of the competition devote their works to the theater theme.

Traditionally, the international forum "Food Industry" includes the regional fair of fresh products.
