From 1993 till 2000 worked as a deputy head justice department of Krasnoyarsk kray Administration.
From 2001 till 2004 – is chairman of a license chamber of Krasnoyarsk kray Administration.
From 2005 till 2009 – is a director general of LLC “Debts return agency”
