Olga Karlova is responsible for social sphere (youth policy, social protection of population, education, sports, culture). 
Olga Karlova is a Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D., professor of Siberian Federal University. From 2008 to 2012 as a Deputy Governor - Deputy Prime Minister for Social Affairs of the region she provided the development of the social sphere of Krasnoyarsk region. From August 2012 to April 2014 she worked as a rector of Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University of V.P. Astafyev. From April this year she headed the Development Fund of Siberia.
Olga Karlova was born on May 14, 1957 in Abakan, in 1978 she graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical Institute with specialty "Russian language and literature".
From 1997 to 1999 she headed the Department of Information and Public Relations of Krasnoyarsk city Administration. From 2001 to 2004 she worked as a director-chief editor of the newspaper "City News". Since 2004, she is firstly a councilor, and then a deputy governor of Krasnoyarsk region on information policy, public relations, initiatives and projects. Till 2012 she headed the social sphere of the region as a Deputy Governor of Krasnoyarsk region - Deputy Prime Minister of the region. Rector of Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University of V.P. Astafyev (2012-2014), CEO of Siberia development Fund (2014).
