Graduated from the Academy of the Russian Internal Affairs Ministry, postgraduate study is Siberian Federal University, Candidate of Law.
From 1986 till 2006 served in Internal Affairs Ministry bodies at head positions, colonel.
Honored with order “For service to Motherland” III degree, order “For personnel courage”, medal “For distinction in service” III degree, medal “For distinction in public order protection”, an honored document of Mayor of the city, breastplate “Krasnoyarsk city coat of arms”
From 2007 worked in city Administration in Mayor’s department: Vice-Mayor, Head of Mayor’s department.
From 2011 worked as a Head of Sverdlovskiy district Administration.
